Gorbel partners in Italy

With the aim of improving customer service, starting in January 2017, CERRATO srl has become a distributor for the Italian market of the GORBEL brand.

Their innovative product, a universal electric balancer with capacities from 75 kg to 600 kg, can be installed on different systems such as raceways, monorails, jib cranes.

This product is proposed as an alternative to the hoist to facilitate handling and lifting of very heavy loads, reducing operator fatigue. Ergonomi performed some load tests with a dynamometer in order to verify the effort required for directly handling the load, obtaining better results than those diffused on the market.

The universal electric balancer has several advantages:

• No programming via computer but directly above the handle; if you add loads, you self-balance

• Product customisation thanks to a detailed set of parameters that can be set to meet specific customer requirements.

Possibility of supply with:

• Compressed air supply exiting the connection on the 360° swivel head for connection with the customer's lower grippers

• 24V supply voltage coming out of the connection on the 360° rotating head

• Extension from model Q (standard model) to model iQ (model with intelligent signal management)

• G-Sync technology for synchronised lifting with iQ model (intelligent management with two devices for synchronised work)
