A Standard Bridge Cranes

The lifting system can be single or double girder with resting or suspended solution, sliding on rails. The plant consists of the following components:

Bearing beam which is calculated in function of the class they belong to and can be profiled in electro-tipping
Bridge sliding warheads, which are rated according to the scale and gauge
The motors can be operated with variable frequency drives to control acceleration and deceleration; the bridge is done by scrolling wheel units with flanged housings for services up to class FEM M6 (3m)
Translation: In the "single-beam" solution, the cart and hoist are one group and can be reduced to allow space to make the most of the hook run. In the "double-girder" solution, the truck is built to support the hoist in the resting or suspended version, when you need to make the most of the height of the hook
Lifting: Can be applied to the solution with wire rope hoist or chain
Electrical equipment: The components are wired within a framework and sized according to engine power and the movements required. When prompted, an inverter can be mounted to manage the acceleration and deceleration of the various movements

Special Bridge Cranes

These are hard classified according to FEM STANDARDS with M6 class (3m) - M7 (4m) - M8 (5m) for mechanisms and A6-A7-A8 for structures. They are designed and built for intensive use and high flow rates and their size is determined by the type of service for which they are intended - the lift assembly, the wheel groups, blocks etc. They are specially designed for specific services for which they are intended, in order to obtain adequate performance and facilitate any maintenance operations. The crane bridge can be equipped with special equipment under specific-hook with sling bars, magnets, suction cups, buckets hydraulic or mechanical and electronic systems for the control of accelerations and speeds, weighing installations, and be operated from the ground or from the cab.

In Automatic and Semi-automatic Bridge Cranes
